Solo dogs are GOOD DOGS, that need to be in homes without other animals. These pups in our program are amazing and deserve a forever loving home. All of our solo dogs are crate and leash trained. These special pups have all the resources to be successful in a forever loving home. The adoption fee for our solo dogs is waived for approved applicants that complete the training.
Meet Poncho!
Poncho is about 11 years old and weighs about 55 lbs. He is very short and stalky.
Pancho would love a quiet household where he can relax in the sunshine or on a comfy bed. He would love a home with no kids and no other dogs.
Poncho does need to be the only pet in the home, but is very non-reactive with dogs on walks and close by. He just doesn’t want to interact and rough house.
Pancho deserves someone who will make the rest of his life the very best of his life.
Meet Penelope!
This pretty girl joined us from Southern California, where she found herself in a hoarding case with 76 other pups. She is about 8 years old and weighs approximately 70 lbs.
Penelope is a graduate of the Prison Training Program and is a speedy learner. Penelope is nonreactive on a leash and loves her long walks or hikes. She is muzzle trained but has not required her muzzle on the Pittie Pack Hikes.
She is a very mellow pup in the home and would do well with a medium-energy household. Penelope is crate, potty, and figure 8 leash-trained. She knows all her basic commands and is a pretty quiet girl.
Meet Timmy!
Timmy joined the pack from our local shelter where he was an owner surrender. Timmy is about 2 years old and weighs approximately 40 lbs.
Timmy can be shy at first with new people but warms up quickly. Once he warms up he is the most affectionate and sweet boy you could ask for. Timmy will need to be the only pup in the home as he has reactivity to other pups he is working through.
Timmy is extremely smart and thrives in training sessions. He is being introduced figure 8 training on leash, knows his basic commands, very food motivated, and well mannered in the home.
Timmy loves hiking, the water, car rides, and cuddle time at home.
Meet Hobart!
Hobart joined us in the PNW from NY. He is amazingly sweet and would love to call this place home. He is about 7 years old and weighs about 57 lbs.
Hobart loves everyone he meets and is a very affectionate pup who enjoys a good belly rub, booty scratches, and being told “good boy”. Hobart is non-reactive to other pups on walks but would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
Hobart knows all his basic commands and is very well-mannered. He is potty trained and very treat motivated while working on new things.
Meet Princess Peach!
Princess Peach joined us in the PNW from NY. She is an active and fun girl, with endless personality. She is 3 years old and about 65lbs.
Princess Peach came into the shelter in March of 2022 with two other dogs, after her owner was arrested. She has done well with dogs her size outside of the home but has displayed guarding of her owners with other dogs in the home. For that reason, she needs to be the only dog.
She is crate-trained and potty-trained and knows a lot of commands.
Meet Scout!
Scout joined us in the PNW from NY. He is a sweet, handsome, and playful boy. Scout weighs about 45 lbs and is 5 years old.
Scout came in as a stray in October 2021. He is very sweet, just wants to cuddle, and is happiest when he has his chunky butt in your lap!
Scout is unsure how to socialize with other dogs, so he must be the only dog in the home. He is a little bit of a bull in a China shop, so we prefer a home with kids 13 and up.
He is crate-trained, potty-trained, and loves his toys! He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. To learn more about adding this amazing guy to your family, please complete an application via our website.
